1. This information
a) MyLav S.R.L.U., in compliance with EU Regulation 2016/679, below describes the methods of processing personal and sensitive data of customers "Users" of the site or who have been contacted by a person in charge of the company for commercial, marketing purposes , knowledge etc.
b) This information, which applies exclusively to personal and sensitive data processed, is updated to the date indicated below. MyLav S.R.L.U. reserves the right, at any time, to modify and update it.

The Data Controller of personal data is: MyLav S.R.L.U., C.F. and VAT number 04197610753, with registered office in Alessano at via Vecchia Montesardo 21; as envisaged by the EU regulation, the Data Processor and the Data Protection Manager have not been appointed at present, since to date these positions are considered non-compulsory.

3. Place of processing of personal data and methods of collection.
a) The processing of personal data takes place at the registered office of MyLav S.R.L.U., indicated above, and at the operational headquarters located in Passirana di Rho (MI) at via G. Sirtori no. 9. The data is stored in a Data Center located in the operational headquarters and online at the Data Centers of the WebFaction hosting provider (www.webfaction.com). Personal data may also be processed by persons appointed by the company also at the customer's workplace and/or at trade fairs, seminars, etc. if the first contact does not take place online on our site.
b) Personal data may be collected directly by direct contact during trade fairs, seminars, congresses or at the data subject's workplace by the sales personnel in charge.
c) They may be collected remotely by filling in a form on our website www.laboratoriolavallonea.net on the page dedicated to the first contact procedure.
d) While browsing our portals www.laboratoriolavallonea.net and www.mylav.net in reference to work choices and requests for services from our company and for marketing purposes.

4. Purpose of the treatment
The personal data provided will be processed for the following purposes:
a) access to the services offered and viewing of the contents of the Site in total confidentiality;
b) profiling in aggregate form (i.e. anonymous, without any prejudice to the privacy and confidentiality of each data

No personal data susceptible to targeting and/or discrimination such as gender, race, religious belief, political faith, sexual orientation, etc. are requested.

a) The treatment is carried out by the Data Controller in the person of the l.r.p.t. and its appointees. Appointees to
Treatment are employees and collaborators included in the staff of MyLav S.R.L.U. and that they were correctly
informed on the methods of data processing, as required by the Community Regulation.
b) The processing of sensitive data by MyLav S.R.L.U. and its Representatives may take place regardless of the
consent of the User and prior authorization of the guarantor in the following cases:
* if the processing is necessary for the purpose of carrying out the defensive investigations referred to in law 7
December 2000, no. 397 or, in any case, to assert or defend a right in court, of a rank equal to that of the interested party when the data are suitable for revealing the state of health and sex life, provided that the data are processed exclusively for these purposes and for the period strictly necessary for their prosecution.
* if the treatment is necessary to safeguard the life or physical integrity of the interested party or of a third party, in the event that the interested party cannot give his consent due to physical impossibility, due to incapacity to act or due to incapacity to intend or want.

a) Personal and demographic information including access credentials (username and password) of each User are sent and stored in servers equipped with firewalls and physically located in protected data centres.
b) MyLav S.R.L.U. cannot in any case be held responsible for any unauthorized access, for loss of data (e.g. password), illicit/incorrect use, or for alterations of personal information that occur beyond its control, nor can it guarantee the correct and safe use of the User's personal data by third parties.
