We have made available to our customers a new transport service, for all Italian regions, centralized in the laboratory with direct booking from the reserved area.
To book the passage of the courier, from Monday to Friday inclusive, it is sufficient to pre-accept the tests on the samples to be sent to the laboratory from your reserved area and at the same time request the passage of the courier on the indicated date.
Reservations made before 12:00 will benefit from the passage of the courier on the same day in which the request was made.
The service also allows you to monitor the status of the shipment directly from our website, following the package from booking the collection to delivery to the laboratory.
Except for particular and unforeseen situations due to the overload of shipments in particular periods of the year, the service guarantees arrival in the laboratory within 24 hours of collection.
For structures that ship daily, it is possible to activate the automatic daily or scheduled collection service by sending a request email to logistica@mylav.net.
